Community leaders marked Mental Health Awareness Day with an event on the City Hall steps yesterday.

Health minister Kim Wilson, Mid-Atlantic Wellness Institute vice-president of clinical operations Preston Swan and Hamilton mayor Charles Gosling delivered speeches on the theme of mental health and suicide prevention.
