First baby of 2021 arrives!

Bermuda has finally recorded its first birth of 2021, five days into the new year.
Mother Danielle Pacheco gave birth to a baby girl on Tuesday afternoon. The father is Daniel Hayward.
Kalysta Rayne Hayward arrived at 1.40pm at the maternity unit of King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, weighing in at 6lb 2oz.
Last year’s first baby arrived promptly on New Year’s Day 2020 at 7.58am.
