Business donates water purifier to diabetes charity
A company has given a $6,500 water treatment system to a charity to mark its 25th anniversary in business.
ClearWater System will install a filtration and ultraviolet disinfection system in the main pump room of the Bermuda Diabetes Association’s new premises on Princess Street, Pembroke.
Kevin Lanthier, the general manager of the firm, said: “ClearWater Systems has been an important partner for many of Bermuda’s charities and associations.
“Our partnership with the Bermuda Diabetes Association is another example of how we can all help improve the operations of these very important entities”.
The system will provide protection for all appliances in the new building that use water.
ClearWater Systems will also install an osmosis drinking water system and a water dispenser.
