Covid-19 documentary to be screened at Specialty Cinema
A documentary questioning the origins of the Covid-19 pandemic will be screened and discussed by the director this month.
The Great Awakening, a film that “assembles forbidden puzzle pieces to reveal the big picture of what’s really happening in the world”, will be hosted by the Collective Action Solidarity Trust at Specialty Cinema in Hamilton.
The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with the director, Mikki Willis, and several interviewees featured in the film.
The Great Awakening is the third instalment in Mr Willis’s film series where he questions the origins of Covid-19 and accuses several groups of manipulating world affairs.
He stated that his third film was intended to be “a lighthouse to guide us out of the storm and into a brighter future”.
The Great Awakening will be shown at Specialty Cinema on October 16 at 7pm.
General admission tickets are $25, while tickets for patrons will be offered at $50. Tickets can be purchased at the venue or by visiting the Collective Action Solidarity Trust’s website.
There will also be a reception for patrons and invited guests at 6pm, where attendees will be offered light refreshments.
