The Lamb Foggo Urgent Care Centre in St David’s will not open tomorrow or on Friday, the Bermuda Hospitals Board said.

People who need urgent medical assistance during this time can visit the 24-hour emergency department at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.

A BHB spokeswoman said UCC will be open from 9am to 9pm on August 3 and 4.

She added: “The management and staff of Bermuda Hospitals Board wishes the public a safe and happy Cup Match holiday weekend.

“We remind you not to drink and drive, advise you to adhere to the rules of the road, and implore you to manage any disagreement in a nonviolent manner.”

Patients at UCC and KEMH will be treated in order of the seriousness of their conditions; people with Level 1 severity will be seen immediately, but those considered Level 5 might have to wait for more than two hours to be cared for.
