Residents can enjoy free health and fitness demonstrations and meal preparation advice at LF Wade International Airport tomorrow.

A health and safety expo will take place in the main terminal from 10am to 2pm as part of Airport Safety Week.

Hindsight Fitness and Wellness will demonstrate aerobic exercises and The Food Fierce will offer healthy lunch samples during the event, which will also feature presentations from airport operator Skyport, Mayvera, the Bermuda Diabetes Association and Argus.

Chloe Minors, the airport’s director of environment health and safety, said: “At LF Wade, we believe that safety begins with wellness; this expo is a great way for the public to experience our commitment to a safer, healthier community.”

She added: “While the week’s activities are designed with airport safety in mind, the lessons and principles shared can be easily applied in everyday situations, making safety a priority for all.”
