Kaitlyn Miller scored twice for Ravens in their 3-0 win over Budgies in the Women’s A Division last weekend.

Miller struck in the 27th and 30th minutes with Jasmin Patterson opening the team’s account in the eleventh.

Tse Minors and Melanie Fullerton both grabbed braces as Budgies thrashed Longtails 8-1 in the Women’s B Division.

Minors got her name on the scoresheet in the nineteenth and 51st minutes, while Fullerton helped herself to goals in the 41st and 66th. Akila Beckles scored in the 23rd, Miller, who played in both women’s divisions, scored in the 25th, and Brittany Farias struck in the 32nd. Jessica Almeida rounded off the scoring for Budgies in the 60th, while Rebecca Gibbons scored for Longtails in the 47th.

Canaries came from behind to beat Wildcats 2-1.

Ashley Steede opened the scoring in the seventh minute before Grace Edy equalised in the 53rd minute strike. Joanna Stapff scored the winner late on.
