Positive Image Dental make it into ball hockey final
Positive Image Dental launched a brilliant fightback against Frontier to reach the final of the Bermuda Ball Hockey Association league play-offs.
Following their 4-1 triumph last Friday, Positive Image finished things off on Wednesday, winning 3-2 to take the best-of-three series.
Positive Image will now meet the winner of the series between CG Insurance and BDA Spirits, who will meet in a deciding match on Friday.
Chris Allington, the Positive Image team sponsor and centre, was pleased with his side’s progress.
“It was a really good series and the other team played really well,’’ Allington said.
“The first game Frontier were missing three of their best players due to other commitments.
“On Wednesday, they played really well and they were leading 2-0 with five minutes to play. We came back and scored four goals in those last five minutes to win the game.
