R C Kwok has retired as a director from the boards of five companies, in a filing to the Bermuda Stock Exchange.In the filing dated May 12, 2011, the Jardine Group of Companies announced that Mr Kwok was stepping down from the boards of Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd, Jardine Strategic Holdings Ltd, Dairy Farm International Holdings Ltd, HongKong Land Holdings Ltd and Mandarin Oriental International Ltd.
