Appleby announces new appointments
Appleby has announced the appointment of two new senior associates: Ashley Fife based in Bermuda and Robert Lindley based in the Cayman Islands, and associate Alexa Collis based in Guernsey.Mr Fife joins the Private Client and Trusts practice in Appleby’s Bermuda office led by Vanessa Schrum advising on the creation, administration, restructuring and termination of private and commercial trusts.Prior to joining Appleby, Mr Fife was the Head of the Legal Department at TMF’s office in Jersey. He also has considerable experience of estate planning and dispute resolution and is a member of STEP.He is dual qualified and was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2007 and in Australia in 2000.Robert Lindley is a UK, BVI and Isle of Man qualified solicitor who joins the firm in Cayman from Simcocks Advocates in the Isle of Man.Alexa Collis joins as an associate in the Private Client & Trusts practice in Guernsey from Thomas Eggar LLP. She advises high net worth individuals and trust companies on all aspects of trust and foundation law as well as on private client issues including probate.
