Conyers advises on $50 million Public Offering for Tsakos Energy Navigation Limited
Conyers Dill & Pearman have announced that they provided Bermuda legal advice to Tsakos Energy Navigation Limited (TEN) on its public offering of up to $50 million of 8 to 7/8 percent Series C Cumlative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Shares.The Bermuda law firm’s press statement reported that TEN intends to list the preference shares on the New York Stock Exchange. UBS Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley acted as joint bookrunners for the offering.
