Scott Dahnke resigns from NCL Corporation board

Cruise ship company NCL Corporation Ltd has announced that Scott Dahnke has resigned from its board of directors.
Mr Dahnke is the global co-chief executive officer of L Catterton, the world’s largest consumer-focused private equity firm.
In a statement issued through the Bermuda Stock Exchange, NCL Corporation said Mr Dahnke had resigned with effect from March 9, and no alternative director has yet been appointed in his place.
