Collier-Souza gains Sirius promotion
Jennifer Collier-Souza has been appointed Chief Financial Officer for SiriusPoint Bermuda Insurance Company Ltd., a unit of the International specialty insurer and reinsurer, SiriusPoint Ltd.
Ms Collier-Souza will work with the Global Chief Financial Officer, David Junius, in the financial support of the global organisation, including supporting the company’s Global Property and Global Specialty underwriting divisions.
She will also manage the Bermuda finance group who is responsible for supporting the company’s Bermuda reinsurance team, along with accounting, operations, reporting and treasury functions.
Mr Junius commented: “I am delighted to welcome Jenn to the role of CFO, SiriusPoint Bermuda. As we continue our work to build a best-in-class platform for SiriusPoint’s global business, it is essential that we have top tier talent in place to best serve our internal and external stakeholders and investors.
“Jenn brings an impressive combination of financial experience and reinsurance knowledge to the role and has already proven herself to be a cornerstone of the SiriusPoint team.”

Since joining Third Point Re as Senior Financial Accountant, Ms Collier-Souza worked her way up through the ranks in her eight years with the company.
Most recently, she was VP Operations and Reinsurance Controller.
Before Third Point Re, Ms Collier-Souza worked for Arch Re and RenaissanceRe in accounting roles, beginning her career at XL in 2002 as insurance accounting assistant.
Ms. Collier-Souza, who is Bermudian, is CPA/CMA qualified and holds a BSc in biology from St Mary’s University in Nova Scotia, Canada.
