Beasley leads local office of global broker
Kirsten Beasley has been appointed head of the Bermuda office of Willis Towers Watson, the global advisory, broking, and solutions company.
Ms Beasley has been Willis’ head of healthcare broking, North America, since 2018 and was named interim head of office in March.
She heads up a 26-strong team in Bermuda, with a focus on Bermuda placements in all major lines of insurance: casualty, property, financial lines, and healthcare.

“Today’s announcement ensures we are well placed to adopt an aggressive talent retention strategy as well as looking to strengthen the team with further external appointments.”
Ms Beasley said: “I am delighted to lead such a skilled team of brokers that possess deep Bermuda market relationships and substantive insurance industry expertise. Willis Towers Watson Bermuda will focus on continuing to achieve exceptional results for our clients.”
Prior to joining Willis in 2016 as a senior VP, Ms Beasley spent 14 years at Allied World Assurance Company, including three years as chief operations officer.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at McGill University in Montreal and holds an MSc degree in global ehealth from the University of Edinburgh.
Ms Beasley is the deputy chair of WeSpeak, and a board member of the Association of Bermuda International Companies, BermudaFirst, Bermuda’s Chamber of Commerce, and the Bermuda Health Council.
