Flex LNG Ltd in share buyback

Bermuda-based Flex LNG Ltd has purchased 80,000 of the company’s own common stocks.
The liquefied natural gas shipping company said the purchases were made between August 17 and 20 on the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of 128.07 Norwegian krone per share.
There are approximately nine krone to the US dollar.
Following completion of the transactions, Flex LNG said it owns a total of 980,000 of its own shares, corresponding to 1.81 per cent of the company’s share capital.
