Apex Group Ltd, the Bermudian-based global financial services provider, has been appointed by Chinese venture capital firm Starlight Capital to provide fund administration and corporate services.

Starlight was founded in 2021 by Tao Tang, who is the co-founder of Eastern Bell Capital.

Apex said it will provide the services to Starlight’s latest funds.

The company said fund administration is at the core of Apex’s single-source solution, delivering timely, accurate and independent services, underpinned by market leading technology.

Apex said it will provide Starlight with access to the eFront software solution which will enhance efficiency and reporting transparency through a robust and scalable platform.
