Sun Life International launches Sun Global Aurora

Sun Life International has launched Sun Global Aurora, a savings-oriented indexed universal life product.

The company said it was aimed at high-net-worth clients looking to diversify, protect and grow their assets by buying a life insurance contract with stable returns and exposure to the equity markets.

Sun Life said the product was cost effective and came with a simple and transparent structure, with the flexibility to customise premium payments to meet client wealth accumulation goals.

Coupled with no medical underwriting and a quick implementation process, Sun Global Aurora is a guaranteed issue product, which will attract increased interest from HNW and ultra HNW clients seeking long-term security.

“We see a considerable demand for the savings products from HNW clients in many markets”, says Michael Grob, chief partnership and marketing officer, Sun Life International.

“This new, competitively priced product offers stable returns and some upside potential, which clients may find very valuable in the current market conditions.”

Sun Life International is the corporate unit based in Bermuda that focuses on life insurance solutions for HNW families around the world. As a pioneer in the international market, Sun Life International has delivered innovative and creative solutions since 1996, which help HNW families and business owners protect their wealth, fund their business succession plans and help future generations succeed.
