Queue lines up Bermuda office

Unmatched services: Jeffrey Goldstein, global managing director of Queue Associates

Queue Associates, the international business solutions company, has opened an office in Hamilton.

The company said the move is “a significant milestone in its commitment to strengthening its presence and capabilities in Latin America and the Caribbean”.

It added that this expansion enables Queue to provide comprehensive support for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 and Azure throughout these markets, building on its 25 years of local service under the Microsoft Services Provider License Agreement and Microsoft Service Provider Agreement.

Queue said a decision was made to establish a physical presence in the Latin American region in response to the need for enhanced service to local customers and compliance with new Microsoft Cloud Partner Programme requirements.

Queue said its team in Hamilton, led by James Davis, will work hand-in-hand with the company’s Boca Raton, Florida offices under the leadership of Erika Williams.

Close collaboration between these critical facilities empowers Queue to deliver unparalleled support, it said.

Jeffrey Goldstein, global managing director of Queue Associates, said: “Our expansion into Bermuda marks a significant advancement for Queue Associates as we reinforce our footprint in Latin America in the Caribbean.

“Our strategically positioned offices and expert teams fully equip us to provide unmatched services to our customers in these regions.

“We eagerly anticipate continued growth and success as we enhance our offerings and expand our global footprint.”

Queue said its new location is part of the company’s ongoing growth plans.

In addition to recently opening offices in Toronto, which expanded the company’s presence in North America, Queue said, it is preparing to announce the opening of additional offices in the Asia-Pacific and the Europe, the Middle East and Africa regions.

It said these regional facilities complement Queue’s primary headquarters in New York, London and Hong Kong, further reinforcing the company’s ability to reach customers worldwide.

Queue said it designs powerful, tailored business solutions for clients on six continents in partnership with Microsoft.

As a designated Microsoft Solutions Partner within the Microsoft Cloud Partner Programme, it said it empowers small, medium and large organisations to transform and innovate using Microsoft Dynamics 365, the world’s leading cloud-based, AI-enabled business productivity platform.

Queue said it has more than 200 employees globally.
