David Thompson takes on interim CFO role at Trillium

Bermudian-based David Thompson has been appointed interim chief financial officer of Trillium Energy International Inc, the Canadian-based oil and natural gas company.
Mr Thompson, a director and former CFO of the company, has agreed to act until a new permanent CFO is appointed, Trillium said.
The company said he has 30 years of financial experience in the international oil and gas industry in the United States, Europe, and Turkmenistan.
Mr Thompson, a certified public accountant, is managing director of AMS Ltd, a Bermudian-based management company.
He has served as president and CEO of Sea Dragon Energy Inc, financial director of Forum Energy Plc, and SVP at Larmag Group of Companies.
