An independent provider of global risk and financial advisory solutions has appointed Dylan Edward Marshall as a director at its restructuring practice in Bermuda.

Mr Marshall, who has 12 years of restructuring and insolvency experience working with banks, institutional investors, funds and other stakeholders on cross-border matters, has joined Kroll.

“I am thrilled to be joining the established and well-respected Kroll team across the Caribbean group and the wider Kroll team internationally,” said Mr Marshall.

“I look forward to sharing new ideas and experience in a familiar environment, whilst leveraging Kroll’s depth of experience.”

Mathew Clingerman, managing director of Kroll Bermuda, added: “We are excited to welcome Dylan to our growing Bermuda team.

“Dylan’s unique experience, leadership, and skills are highly sought after by clients and are a natural complement to Kroll’s international and offshore restructuring practice.”
