The joint liquidators of Bittrex Global (Bermuda) Ltd (in liquidation) have announced their intention to declare a first and final dividend to unsecured creditors of the company and to distribute the dividend no later than April 7 next year.

The joint liquidators of the company are Andrew Howie, Carmel King and Margot MacInnis of Grant Thornton.

By order of the Supreme Court of Bermuda, the deadline for filing proofs of debt is December 17.

Larry Mussenden, the Chief Justice, granted a winding up order in respect of the failed digital asset platform on March 28.

The company had presented a petition for its winding-up to the court on March 8.

Bittrex Global announced last November that it had decided to wind down its operations.
