Bermudians can advance their career skills and goals through a new government website.

A government spokesman said people can find “a wealth of valuable information to support their professional growth and development” on the Department of Workforce Development’s site.

In addition to information about apprenticeships, scholarships and a monthly training calendar, the website profiles people who have reaped the rewards of department programmes.

Jason Hayward, the Minister of Economy and Labour, said: “Through the creation of this website, we have made it easier for Bermudians to access the resources and opportunities they need for success in today’s workforce.

“So whether you’re interested in pursuing further education, gaining new skills, or exploring career pathways, this new website is a one-stop destination for all your workforce development needs.”

The spokesman added: “The website enables individuals to conveniently register for classes using any internet-enabled device, thus streamlining the process, and making it more accessible for all.”

The new website can be accessed at dwd.bm.
