February 17, 2011Dear Sir,If our Government in their wisdom were to harness the sun's energy by using solar power and place solar panels all along the outskirts of our airport areas this energy source could be used to supply the whole of St David's and St George's.This suggestion might sound ambitious but I think a feasibility study should be put in place. And if these solar panels were ever used for collecting energy from the sun, why not catch the rain water that would fall on the solar panels and drain it into the large water tank that is in the area of St David's that the US military built when they had their base there?PETER BROMBY SRPagetPs Why not include solar power energy in all new hotel developments?
