When we arrived at your new building it was with dismay that a line had formed past the entrance, all being herded towards one elevator! What a bad idea for location for the access of the public – shame on you!Needless to say, we returned to our parked car in the pay-to-park City Hall lot. What a waste of our time and money. As others did, we tried going up the staircase only to be met by a surly security officer who told us he didn't work there.
