Great service
This was sent to Bermuda CableVision Ltd. and copied to The Royal Gazette.March 24, 2011Dear Sir,We so often hear of poor service and bad attitudes all the time. My cable reception was bad for a while, so I called the company, made an appointment, between 12 and 5. Low and behold by 4pm, no one had shown up. On calling the office I was told the guys would still be coming. At 6pm I called, I must say a bit upset at having taken the afternoon from work, to be told that they were still going to come to my house. At 6.30pm, the guys came, Tiger Wolff and Matthew Souza, they were clearly tired from an already hard day’s work, but they did everything they could with a smile and a great attitude, they left my house at 9pm, having rewired my house, and put in a new line from the pole on the road, with lights on their heads as well.I would like to say that with workers like these, who I believe are a sub contractor for Cablevision, STS they deserve a big pat on their backs for a good job done, and my cable works fine.TOM COOKESandysEditor’s note: Do you have a recent story about receiving good service from a business or individual?
