September 13, 2011Dear Sir,As a former resident of (and fairly frequent visitor to) Bermuda, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Government is still not rushing into things.I note that Hamilton now has a lovely new Police station (although the Police are only being allowed to use about 40 percent of it for themselves), and some of your older readers may remember that, when the Hamilton Police Station was last moved (from where the Govt Administration Building is now, to the old Allenhurst Building on Parliament Street), the Government of the day swore blind that they’d be there for a maximum of two years.
