October 25, 2011Dear Sir,Could someone tell me the purpose and the cost of the pavement alterations at the junction of Parliament Street and Church Street. It appears all four corners are in for the same treatment. It will reduce bike parking spaces and some car spots. This in turn will increase the double parking outside the Government administration building for the 5pm pick up. Is this the best use of scarce resources?NORTHERN SOULSmiths
