May 20, 2012Dear Sir,After reading the story of a local policewoman being assigned to St George’s Police Station, I would like to suggest to our Commissioner of Police that two of the new recruits who are in training now be used to complement Pc Smith in the St George’s Police Station. That should satisfy the Corporation of St George and the St George’s community at large.I would suggest also, that a police car be assigned to the St George’s Police Station on a permanent basis.PETER BROMBY SrPagetPs There’s no better way than to have parish Constables on the beat at all times. St George’s Police Station could be a model to all of our police units if this suggestion was taken seriously.
