September 12, 2012Dear Sir,In response to the article in September 6’s Royal Gazette, I would like to comment.So ... we the public are meant to believe that the staff member who went on sick leave was the only person at the Department of Parks who knew there were chickens in cages that required food and water? And no one else there knew there was livestock that needed feeding so they did not starve to death? How sad.I and many others agree with the SPCA that this was not a freak incident.AWBCity of Hamilton
