October 17, 2012Dear Sir,I would be interested in how Sir John Swan and his colleague Larry Burchall factor in the economic realities of the continuing and increasing black-white difference in income in their economic discussion.They never mention the continuing and long term psychological and social (as well as economic) impact of our history of racism. It is something they totally ignore as if it were irrelevant while, in fact, it impacts on every aspect of this society, including the areas which concerns them, and yet they never mention or consider its relevance.
