The real threat isn’t the vehicles themselves, but rather the people driving them.So if you want to decrease engine speed in a bike then also decrease it in a SUV, a Subaru and so forth, but keep in mind, it won’t decrease the recklessness of the person handling it.PEOPLE often drive this way — not just males — and the problem isn’t the vehicle.NO SUCH THING AS A 50cc SUV, BMW, Mitsubishi or SubaruDevonshire
