Dear Sir,

How is it that the Performing Rights Society (PRS) for music can come to Bermuda, and try to make store owners pay out fees to their organisation for playing music from the radio, or having the TV on, when they do not represent all the music and TV broadcasting shows that are on.

The Chamber of commerce should be asking those kind of questions of the PRS representatives.

I want to know.
