Dear Sir,

A bike, BT-540, has been left abandoned on East Broadway between Ren Re and Marine and Ports for weeks and weeks. Neither the owner nor the police, who have been called twice, have taken any responsibility for the removal of the bike. It is on an already narrow sidewalk on a very busy stretch of road into town. Perhaps weeds will grow up around it and hide it totally.
