Decision to close clinic was correct one

Dear Sir,
I was pleased to see Suzann Roberts-Holshouser’s letter in today’s The Royal Gazette in reference to the closing of the Lamb Foggo clinic.
Since its inception I have visited the Lamb Foggo clinic three times. Twice for an x-ray and once for a deep cut on my hand. Each time I was the only patient at the clinic.
Although the clinic is very convenient to me as a resident of St David’s, the cost of running it must be high in these economic times, and I completely understand why BHB would close it down.
St David’s survived without a clinic for over 400 years and I’m sure it can for the next 400 (if we survive that long).
