Dear Sir,

If Bermuda has a rehabilitation facility that’s located in Dockyard, why doesn’t anybody use it? After all, why have a heroin or any other drug addict running around, robbing people just to get some stupid one month sentence, over and over again? It’s not helping the victims any and surely, not helping the suspect much either (they’re drug addicts duh!). In fact, that suspect whether it’s a male or female, is bound to get ‘cronked up’ and steal again even, if not at the same place as before.
