A suggestion worth pursuing

Fines suggestion: Walton Brown
Dear Sir,
Walton Brown’s suggestions in the House of Assembly that motorists cannot relicense their vehicles until outstanding fines have been paid should have been implemented years ago. However, I would not stop with motoring fines, but would include any outstanding fines. It should also be applied to those employers who deduct social insurance and employment tax from employees and fail to pay the Government in the required time. This should not be difficult to implement in this computer age.
I strongly recommend that Mr Brown pursues this idea; it should not be a political issue.
Yours sincerely,
ANTONY SIESE
