Policy must include restrictions

Dear Sir,
The Pathway to Status policy is OK with me but must, simultaneously, be accompanied with new restrictions on unskilled and semi-skilled folks being allowed to work here and directly cause a Bermudian to be unemployed.
No longer should employers be allowed to present dozens of Bermudian applicants to the immigration department and say none are suitable without serious immigration resistance.
This will be tough for employers, but if you have underemployed citizens in their own country, the consequences will be tougher.
