Dear Sir,

I arrived in Bermuda on board the SSV Oliver Hazard Perry on April 9.

I was a “trainee”, had experienced a health problem during the voyage from Fort Lauderdale and was immediately transported to the hospital.

I extend highest compliments and thanks to the hospital, doctors, nurses and staff for the prompt and efficient care that I received. And congratulations to the residents of Bermuda for having a really top-quality hospital where excellent healthcare can be provided for all citizens and for visitors to Bermuda.

I am happy to report that all is well upon my return home, and the accurate diagnosis and recommendations from Bermuda’s medical professionals resolved my problem, which turned out to be related to pinched nerves and not a stroke as I had originally feared.
