What an absolute treat at Masters
Dear Sir,
I read Libby Madeiros’s letter in The Royal Gazette yesterday (July 14, 2021) and would have agreed with her. However, the day before I had been to Masters and my opinion about customer service was very pleasantly changed.
I needed patio cushions, but on their website there were no measurements given for them, so I decided to go in person. This very helpful and patient young lady took the time to give me measurements, prices, etc; she could not have done more.
I told her I would be back on Wednesday to purchase them. I went yesterday but she wasn’t there, but another lady who was equally helpful served me.
She really did go the extra mile, as I also wanted a cushion for a bedroom chair, so she called upstairs to Homeworks and said she would go and get me a selection to save me having to go up there. She returned with four cushions for me to choose from.
So if you are going to Masters (patio department on the ground floor) you are in for a treat. They have two of the best sales ladies working there — they should give lessons.
I sincerely hope the higher-ups at Masters see this letter. Unfortunately, I did not get the ladies’ names.
