Dear Sir,

Referring to the incident at the Arboretum early last Monday morning, for those of you who videotaped the incident on your phones and told the police you didn’t see anything, shame on you all!

Have we degenerated to the point where we’re not willing to assist the police who are there to protect all of us?

Do you really want this type of behaviour to continue?

It will if nothing is done to deter it. If someone should enter your home and attack you and your family for some reason, are you going to videotape it or call the police? I think it would be the latter.

If we expect the police to help us when we need it, then we need to help the police when they need it.
