Kudos to the Colonel for taking responsibility

Dear Sir,
Lieutenant-Colonel David Burch is straight-talking, and it is good to see he is taking responsibility for the deterioration in the general infrastructure. He blames successive governments for not addressing the issues over the past two decades.
Let me remind the voting public who the responsible governments were over the past 25 years:
1998-2012: Progressive Labour Party administration
2012-2017: One Bermuda Alliance administration
2017-present time: PLP administration
Transparency points to the problem.
