JetBlue agents sent from Heaven above

Dear Sir,

The following is a letter to JetBlue. I would like to take this opportunity to thank JetBlue agents located at Logan Airport International in Boston for the good customer service they demonstrated to me. It was greatly appreciated.

On October 1, I arrived in Boston on JetBlue. Upon reaching Boston, I departed the flight and on to my destination.

The good news about being a patient going to Mass General Hospital is that they provide transportation for you to and from the airport.

While I was in the car, upon going through my carry-on bag, I noticed my passport case was missing with my passport and cash in it.

I asked the driver if he could he turn the car around to go back to the airport. Unfortunately, he was unable to because he had another job. When I reached my destination, I decided to return to the airport to pick up my passport case, which I believed had fallen out of my bag.

They kept telling me to call JetBlue, but I refused because I needed to get to the airport as soon as possible. They called for a taxi to take me back and on my way.

Meanwhile, I kept asking the Lord to help me — for Jesus to send me all his angels right now to secure at least my passport because, at the time, I did not care about the cash.

When I returned at the airport, I approach an agent for JetBlue and explained to them that I had just arrived from Bermuda at Gate C16 and my passport case had fallen out of my bag on the aircraft. He nicely checked the gate and noted that the aircraft was pushing away from the gate. Then he called and established that someone had found it at the gate. He nicely left and said he would go and get it for me.

As he was approaching on his way back, I could see my passport case in his hand. I checked my passport case and everything was there; not a dollar was missing. I am so thankful to the agent because he had gone above and beyond to locate it for me.

On my departure date from Boston, I went looking for the agent, but he was not working that morning. I am forever grateful for the support of JetBlue’s customer service representatives that day.

I will never forget their act of kindness in assisting me to locate my passport.

JetBlue, can you please share this letter with your agents at Logan International Airport, Boston? I would greatly appreciate it.

Everyone was saying how lucky I was to retrieve it. That was not luck; I was blessed.

Thank you, Lord, Jesus, too, and all you angels I called upon for that moment.

There are still honest people in this world.
