Injection of exemplary service

Dear Sir,
I just wanted to give a shout-out to the health department and its staff for the excellent Flu Express on October 19 at the Hamilton Clinic.
I went online ahead of time and downloaded the consent form. The website was very user-friendly. I presented my consent form at the door and immediately was taken through to have my flu shot.
The staff were very friendly and asked all the necessary questions before administering the injection. I was in and out in ten minutes.
Excellent. I recommend this to all seniors. Well done.
