Dear Sir,

I write to thank and commend the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital team who work on the second floor (Surgical).

The hospital does not always get the best of commentary, so I thought your newspaper the best way to go.

I had need of their services last Friday, and write to say that the whole team were amazing — not just competent, but really caring.
