Conyers Dill & Pearman has named Narinder Hargun and David Lamb as co-chairs of the law firm.Mr Hargun and Mr Lamb succeed John Collis, the former chairman who served in that capacity for many years.“Under John’s leadership Conyers has undergone marked expansion to become the global offshore firm that it is today,” a statement said.Mr Hargun joined Conyers’ Bermuda office in 1983 and serves as head of litigation. He is an acknowledged leader in the field of commercial litigation in Bermuda.Mr Lamb joined Conyers’ Bermuda office in 1994 and moved to the Hong Kong office in 2000 where he serves as a corporate partner.He is recognised as being pre-eminent in the field of mergers and acquisitions.“This joint appointment recognises the geographical spread and depth of Conyers as a leading international offshore legal services firm,” the statement said.
