Mid Ocean World Investments Ltd and Bermuda Capital Company Ltd have each filed their intention to hold a special general meeting to approve their merger.

Both meetings are scheduled for December 2: Mid Ocean World Investments at 2pm and Bermuda Capital Company at 2.30pm, at 26 Burnaby Street — the registered office of both companies.

Among the agenda items, which are identical, are: “To note any dissenting shareholders, confirm a quorum is present and to elect a chairman if necessary.”

Both companies are also listed on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
