BTC launches live customer chat platform
BTC is hosting a live online chat platform to help with customer queries.
The BTC platform is similar to one already run by sister firm Digicel, where customers can type messages direct into an on-screen window.
Jakai Franks, BTC vice-president of customer services, said: “In this progressively hi-tech world where customers are always online, it is vital to stay ahead of the curve.
“One of the ways in which we are doing this is by providing our customers with multiple communication options to ensure their needs are being met in the shortest possible time.”
The service, which can be accessed through www.btc.com, is open Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5pm.
When closed, the service accepts customer information and agents respond as soon as possible.
