The X20 Adventures Ltd water park is back in time for the Bermuda Day holiday. The attraction reopens on Friday to begin its second summer of fun.

X20 Adventures is a floating obstacle course and water park with slides and towers. It is located at Daniel’s Head Beach Park, the former location of 9 Beaches, in Sandys.

Team X2o Communications Coordinator Nicole Simons said: “We couldn’t possibly be more excited. While last year was our first year in operation, it was spent ironing out a lot of kinks when bringing such a new product to the island, but now we are back for round two, and in our minds we are better than ever.”

New elements have been added to the park. There will no longer be hourly passes, instead patrons pay $25 and can stay at the park all day.

“We took customer feedback into consideration and by implementing the all-day pass we have given our adventurer seekers what they want,” said Ms Simons.

“We have also added X2O Juniors, which is for the smaller children that were too tiny to get on the actual water park last year. We felt terrible having to turn away the babies, so now they can also join in the fun.”

X20 Adventures will be offering beach rentals, eliminating the need to carry anything to the beach. The equipment has been upgraded to include inflatable loungers that can be used on the beach and in the water, as well as umbrellas.

The partners at X2O Adventures said they have gone to great lengths to make the environment more family-oriented and to have something for everyone.

Daily passes can be purchased online at www.X2oadventures.com or at the guest service office at the park. Parking is free, and restroom facilities are available.
