Darren Donnithorne and Dantae Williams have been appointed directors of Marshall Diel & Myers Limited.

They join existing directors Georgia Marshall, Mark Diel, Ronnie Myers, Katie Tornari and Adam Richards at the Bermudian-based law firm.

Mr Donnithorne is the head of the property and estate planning department and his practice includes dealing with a range of residential and commercial property transactions, estate planning and probate matters. He acts for a number of large corporate and high net worth individuals in Bermuda in relation to acquisitions, disposals, financing, landlord and tenant and other property related matters.

Mr Williams is in the firm’s litigation department. His practice focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation for international and Bermudian clients, including judicial review, employment matters, personal injury and advisory matters, and he has appeared before all levels of court and administrative tribunals.
