Argus Group closes offices after positive Covid-19 test

The Argus Group has temporarily closed its offices to walk-in traffic after a staff member tested positive for the coronavirus.

In a statement the company said the premises will undergo deep cleaning before the doors are scheduled to reopen to the public on Monday.

Upon reopening, safety measures, including the use of masks, hand sanitiser, social distancing, and office sterilising will remain in place. The company said to keep the community safe many of its employees will continue to work remotely.

While the building is closed the Argus team will continue to serve customers online at argus.bm, by phone on 298-0888, or by e-mail at insurance@argus.bm, during regular office hours, from 8:30am to 5pm. Customers are encouraged to make payments via online banking or by calling the customer service centre to process payments by card or to discuss billing alternatives.
